My backyard was made over by Storm and his crew in late February 2012. The job was to create a visually appealing, yet fully functional area of half grass and half rock in the space not occupied by my pool. Storm created a spectacular free-form lines for my extruded curbing to follow in order to make my yard be personal and one of a kind. With me being a novice on what I needed for the job, Storm and his personality made it painless for me to explain what I wanted as a finished product and for him to create line item pricing for me to know exactly what my money was paying for so I could compare before I selected Storm after careful consideration of what I found out later to be lesser quality contractors with nearly double the price point.
The actual job itself only took 3 days due to Storm and his crew's tireless worth ethic and endless pursuit of perfection and total customer satisfaction. It had no flaws in it, only the ones created by my limited pocketbook in not being able to make my backyard come to life on an even Grander Scale, go big or go home I always say. A few weeks after the job had been completed my wife and I noticed an issue with part of our grass on the furthest edge of the yard had been lacking some extra over spray to get proper amount of water to keep it growing. Storm took extra special care make sure to special order in a better head with better coverage and personally delivered it to us on a weekend so we could have it as soon as possible. This is the kind of top of the line service that sets Storm apart from the competition.
One thing that I would like to take a moment to remind everyone of is that estimates are just that, estimates, they are not the exact figures. Exact figures come after the job has been fully completed. Storm did an amazing job designing and delivering an amazing finished product with very few and minor deviations from the written estimate. When adjustments were needed I was always consulted first and given options on whether I wanted it done one way or another and we discussed the pros and cons and then I made my decision with no pressure either way from Storm, he was happy to do it however I wanted.
Storm was the best choice for the job and someone that I will always refer all my friends and family to because of the exceptional quality of the service and the products delivered throughout the job. Storm is more than just the gentleman that owns the landscaping company that did my yard, I now consider him my friend.
